- Between Riders and Drivers: When a trip is matched, the rider receives the driver's name, photo, vehicle details, and rating. The driver receives the rider's name, pickup/drop-off details, and contact number — for that trip only.
- Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), SMS/OTP providers, cloud hosting, and analytics platforms — all bound by strict data-processing agreements.
- Legal & Safety: When required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred with advance notice given to users.
5. Location Data
Location is central to our service. Here is how we handle it:
